Why early is cheaper
Once the walls are closed up and painted, running new cabling means cutting into plaster, patching it and repainting. Do the same work at rough-in stage and it’s quick, tidy and a fraction of the price. Get us in early and we can also flag the things you’ll kick yourself for missing later, while it’s still easy to change.

Enough power points (you always want more than you think), lighting that actually suits how you use each room, TV and data points in the right spots, outdoor power for the deck, and maybe a spot set aside for an EV charger down the track. All dead easy now, all a pain to add later.
