Training apprentices has always been part of how MRCES operates. It’s how skills are passed on and how the business has stayed strong for decades.
Many of our qualified electricians started their careers here as apprentices. Learning on real jobs, alongside experienced tradesmen, in homes and businesses across the South West. It’s hands-on work, backed by clear expectations and proper mentoring.
An apprenticeship at MRCES isn’t about rushing through tasks. It’s about learning how to do electrical work properly. Understanding safety, problem-solving, and how to communicate clearly with customers.
Over the years, more than 80 apprentices have come through the business. Some have gone on to build long careers with us. Others have taken their skills elsewhere, which we’re proud of too.
